The 1st ever Milano Moda Graduate, an new initiative by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana in collaboration with Triennale di Milano and Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda starts today and aims to bring awareness of the work being undertaken in fashion education in Italy.

The initiative involves the exhibition of work by students from 14 fashion schools across Italy and is set to be scheduled as an annual event. The Milano Moda Graduate programme kicks off with a show at the Salone d’Onore which will include catwalk presentations from 7am to 10am and rounds off with a public discussion at the Teatro dell’Arte. Influential and major fashion personalities including Renzo Rosso, the CEO of Diesel will be there to bring vibrant ideas and critique to the event.

As part of our initiative to support young talent, Bonaveri is sponsoring the event by providing 35 mannequins from the iconic Schläppi 2200 and 3800 collections. The mannequins will be used by the students to showcase their work at the Triennale.

A party in the Triennale gardens is planned for later this evening. A live stream of the event is being broadcast at Vogue Talents.
